About the founder
Hi, I'm Nicole.
I founded Safe Hands after more than 30 years in the healthcare industry, working in skilled nursing, home care companies, hospitals, and alongside our Veterans. Through every role, I saw how much people want to help in a crisis, but too many weren't sure how. CPR shouldn't feel intimidating, it's a skill anyone can learn, and it saves lives.
Today I bring that same purpose to every class: helping individuals, families, corporate teams, and clinical staff gain the confidence to act when seconds matter. Every session is small, hands on, and built around real scenarios, because the best training is the kind you can actually use.

Never more than 12 students, so everyone gets real coaching time on the manikin.
Current guidelines
Curriculum aligned with the latest AHA standards for CPR, BLS, and AED use.
Real scenarios
You'll practice on adult, child, and infant manikins and run through realistic emergencies.
Certification that counts
Two year certification cards issued on the spot for qualifying courses.
